พระครูสุจิณธรรมวิมล หรือ หลวงปู่ม่น ธัมมจิณโณ พระเกจิอาจารย์ จอมขมังเวทย์ แห่ง วัดเนินตามาก ต.โคกเพลาะ อ.พนัสนิคม จ.ชลบุรี ท่านมีนามเดิมว่า ม่น วิญญาณ เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 16 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2453 โยมบิดาื่ชื่อ มา โยมมารดาชื่อ แดง มีพี่น้องรวมกัน 3 คน ในวัยเยาว์โยมบิดามารดานำไปฝากเรียนกับพระที่วัดใกล้บ้านเพื่อศึกษาอักษรและอักขระ ท่านเป็นผู็ที่สนใจใฝ่เรียน มีความเพียรพยายามและอดทน อีกทั้งยังมีจิตใจที่อ่อนโยน โอบอ้อมอารี ทำให้พระอาจารย์ได้ถ่ายทอดวิชาความรู้ให้อย่างเต็มกำลัง จนมีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านต่างๆ มากมาย ท่านเป็นบุตรชายคนเดียวจึงถือเป็นกำลังหลักของ ครอบครัว ทั้งขยันขันแข็ง สติปัญญาเป็นเลิศ ประกอบสัมมาอาชีพช่วยเหลือโยมบิดามารดาทำให้ครอบครัวมีฐานะม่นคงในเวลาต่อมา
ในวันเสาร์ขึ้น 2 ค่ำ เดือน 5 ตรงกับวันที่ 9 เมษายน พ.ศ.2481 ในขณะนั้นท่านมีอายุได้29ปี ท่านจึงขอพรรพชาอุปสมบท ณ พัทธสีมาวัดโคกเพลาะ ต.โคกเพาะ อ.พนัสนิคม จ.ชลบุรี
โดยมีพระครูสังวรศีลาจารย์ วัดหลวงพรหมมาวาส เป็นพระอุปัชฌาย์ พระครูพิพัฒน์ธรรมคุณ วัดโบสถ์ เป็นพระกรรมวาจาจารย์ และ พระครูอาจารสุนทร วัดโคกเพลาะ เป็นพระอนุสาวนาจารย์ ได้รับฉายาทางธรรมว่า ธัมมจิณโณ
เมื่อละทิ้งฆราวาส และได้เข้าสู่ร่มสาวพัตร์แล้ว ท่านได้พำนักที่วัดโคกเพลาะระยะหนึ่งแล้วจึงได้ย้ายไปจำพรรษาที่วัดเนินตามากเริ่มศึกษาเล่าเรียนวิปัสสนาธุระและคันธุระอย่างจริงจัง ประกอบคุณงามความดีตามความเหมาะสม ของสมณะเพศอย่างเคร่งครัดในธรรมวินัยตั้งแต่เริ่มอุปสมบท ปฏิบัติดีปฏิบัติชอบ ศีลาจารวัตรงดงามเป็นที่น่าศัรทธาเลื่อมใส ฝึกการปฏิบัติจิตและกัมมัฏฐานสม่ำเสมอ ท่านได้ศึกษาปริยัติธรรมเข้าสอบนักธรรมชั้นโทตามลำดับ มีความสามารถในการจำและสวดพระปาฏิโมกข์ได
เมื่ออุปสมบทได้ 5 พรรษา จึงได้ออกธุดงค์เพื่อบำเพ็ญเพียรไปตามสถานที่ต่างๆ เช่นพระพุทธบาท สระบุรี วดปากน้ำ ภาษีเจริญ เป็นต้น
ท่านได้ฝากตัวเป็นศิษย์เพื่อศึกษาวิชาธรรมกายกับ หลวงพ่อสดวัดปากน้ำ และภายหลังท่านได้ฝากตนเป็นศิษย์ พระสมุห์บุญยิ่ง วิริโย ที่วัดเขาบางพระ อ.ศรีราชา เพื่อรับคำแนะนำสั่งสอน ในการปฏิับัติธรรมนอกจากนี้ยังได้ศึกษาด้านเวชกรรมจากพระสมุห์บุญ ยิ่งเพิ่มเติมจนมีความเชี่ยวชาญ ต่อมาพระสมุห์บุญ ยิ่งได้ชักชวนหลวงปู่ม่นออกธุดงค์หาสถานที่ปฏิบัติวิเวกจนได้พบถ้ำจักรพงศ์บนเกาะสีชัง ทั้งอาจารย์และศิษย์จึงได้พำนักอยู่ณ ที่นี้ จนหลวงปู่ม่นเกิดความก้าวหน้าทางจิตเป็นอย่างมาก
จนกระทั่งราวๆ ปี พ.ศ. 2490 พระอธิการกี่ เจ้าอาวาสวัดเนินตามากได้ลาสิกขาทางคณะสงฆ์และอุบาสก อุบาสิกาได้มาอาราธนานิมนต์หลวงปู่ม่น กลับไปเป็นเจ้าอาวาสปกครองวัดเพื่อสั่งสอนภิกษุ สามเณรอุบาสก และอุบาสิกา เมื่อหลวงปู่ม่นเป็นเ้จ้าอาวาสท่านก็ได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้เป็นอย่างดีทำนุบำรุงวัดเนินตามากให้เจริญรุ่งเรืองเฟื่องฟูสร้างถาวร วัตถุต่างๆ เช่น อุโบสถ ศาลาการเปรียญ กุฏิ วิหาร ลูกศิษย์ของท่านเริ่มมีมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ แต่ที่ใกล้ชิดหลวงปู่ม่นมากที่สุด ก็เห็นจะได้แก่พลเอกเชษฐา ฐานะจาโร
อีกทั้งท่านยังช่วยพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ทำถนนไฟฟ้า สร้างโรงเรียน ตั้งกองทุนมูลนิธิต่่างๆ ให้การศึกษาแก่พระภิกษุ สามเณร สอนนักธรรม พระนวกะ ส่งเข้าสอบนักธรรมสนามหลวงทุกปี หลวงปู่ม่นเป็นที่เคารพศรัทธาของบรรดาศิษย์ เสียสละ สร้างคุณงามความดี ให้แก่พระพุทธศาสนาและท้องถิ่น จวบจนกระทั่งในปี พ.ศ.2529 คณะสงฆ์ได้พิจารณาขอพระครูชั้นโทที่ "พระครูสุจิณธรรมวิมล" ให้แก่หลวงปู่ม่น กระทั่งมรณภาพด้วยอาการสงบ ณ โรงพยาบาลสมิมิเวชเมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 8 ต.ค. 2541ื สิริอายุได้ 88 พรรษา 60
