  "หลวงปู่ทิม อิสริโก"  มีนามเดิมชื่อ  "ทิม งามศรี " เกิดวันที่ 16 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2422 เป็นบุตรของนายจ้า และนางอินทร์ เกิดที่ อ.บ้านค่าย จ.ระยอง ท่านเป็นบุตรคนที่ 2 ของครอบครัว เมื่ออายุได้ 17 ปี บิดานำตัวไปฝากไว้กับหลวงพ่อสิงห์ วัดละหารใหญ่ เล่าเรียนหนังสือทั้งไทยและอักษรขอม แลเมื่ออายุครบบวชท่านก็ได้อุปสมบทโดยมีพระครูขาวเจ้าคณะแขวงเมืองระยอง เป็นพระอุปัชฌาย์ หลวงพ่อสิงห์เป็นกรรมวาจาจารย์ เจ้าอธิการเกตุเป็นพระอุปัชฌาย์ โดยทำพิธีอุปสมบทเมื่อ วันที่ 7 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2449  ได้รับฉายานามสงฆ์ว่า "อิสริโก" หลังจากบวชแล้วได้ศึกษาเล่าเรียนทางปฏิบัติสมถกัมมัฏฐานจากหลวงพ่อสิงห์ และศึกษาวิชา่ต่างๆ จากตำราคู่วัดละหารใหญ่ (เข้าใจว่าเป็นตำหรับเดิมของหลวงปู่สังข์เฒ่า)  จนมีความรู้แตกฉาน,นั่งพานหลวงปู่ทิม,พระหลวงปู่ทิม

   หลังจากนั้นได้ออกจาริกปฏิบัติธุดงค์กับหลวงพ่อยอด ท่านออกธุดงค์ไปตามจังหวัดต่างๆ เพื่อเจริญสมณธรรม ออกหาความวิเวกสันโดษตามอัธยาศัยเป็นเวลา 3 ปี ครั้นเมื่อใกล้เข้าพรรษากลับมาถึงจังหวัดชลบุรีได้จำพรรษาที่วัดนามะตูมถึง 2 พรรษา ได้เที่ยวร่ำเรียนศึกษาวิชาเพิ่มเติม กับพระเกจิอาจารย์หลายรูปทั้งพระสงฆ์และฆราวาสที่ีเก่งกล้าอีกหลายคน จากนั้นได้กลับมาจำพรรษาที่วัดละหารไร่ และได้รับนิมนต์จากชาว้านขึ้นเป็นเจ้าอาวาสวัดละหารไร่ ตั้งแต่พ.ศ. 2450  ท่านได้ก่อสร้างเสนาสนะบูรณซ่อมแซมกุฏิ และถาวรวัตถุอีกหลายอย่าง,พระหลวงปู่ทิม วัดละหารไร่

     หลังจากหลวงปู่ทอม อิสริโก ได้สร้างอุโบสถเสร็จด้วยบารมีของท่านแล้วเสร็จเมื่อวันที่ 16 มิถุนายน พ.ศ.2517  ซึ่งตรงกับวันคลายวันเกิดอายุครบ 95 ปี หลวงพ่อทิมมีตำแหน่งครั้งสุดท้ายเป็น "พระครูภาวนาภิรัติ" ท่านได้มรณภาพด้วยโรคชราเมื่อเวลา 23.00  น. ของวันที่ 16  ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2518  หอสวดมนต์ วัดละหารไร่ หลังจากรักษาตัวที่โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จ ณ ศรีราชา เป็นเวลา 23 วัน คณะศิษย์จึงได้ตั้งศพบำเพ็ญกุศลณ วัดละหารไร่ และเก็บศพไว้บนศาลาภาวนาภิรัติ โดยขอพระราชทานเพลิงศพ เมื่อวันที่ 6 มีนาคม พ.ศ.2526  ณ เมรุวัดละหารไร่,หลวงพ่อทิม
